Sponsor the Caribbean UEnergyHub

Help Caribbean youth build the future of clean energy.

Real students. Real data. Real regional impact, with your organisation behind it.

Led by the Carbon Zero Institute of Trinidad and Tobago, CZITT, in partnership with UNICEF, the Caribbean UEnergyHub gives young people real energy and weather data, AI tools and mentorship, then puts what they build to work for the region. Your sponsorship makes it possible and puts your brand at the centre of it.

Not a one-off event. A long-term regional resource you help build.
Our last hackathon brought together students from ASJA Girls’ College San Fernando, Couva East Secondary, Hillview College and Holy Cross College.

Who runs the Caribbean UEnergyHub?+

It is led by CZITT, the Carbon Zero Institute of Trinidad and Tobago, together with Screaming Power Inc. It is a secure data collection and sharing platform, a trusted data connector that lets innovators and educators work with regional energy data in the public interest, bringing education, research and energy innovation together to deliver practical regional solutions.

What makes this more than a sponsorship?+

The UEnergyHub is intended as a permanent regional resource. Support helps create research, education, workforce development, community engagement and innovation capacity, not just event visibility.

How much does it cost to sponsor?+

We do not list fixed prices on this page. Sponsorship is shaped around your goals and budget, from backing a single school to a regional or founding role. Register your interest and the team will follow up to build the right package with you.

What does sponsoring a school involve?+

It supports one school’s participation in the Hackathon and includes a weather station and electricity consumption data, so students work with their school’s own real energy and weather data. A limited number of schools take part each round, with room to expand across the Caribbean over time.

Is there online payment on this site?+

No. This is an expression of interest process. You register interest and the team follows up directly to work out scope, level and next steps. There is no payment portal.

Can we speak with someone before deciding?+

Yes. Use the form below and add a note about what you would like to discuss. A member of the team will reach out to help your organisation find the right fit.
